SEMI ANNUAL PERFORMANCE BONUS
A driver will earn the Performance Bonus based on the miles earned in the first 6 month period of the calendar year and again in the second 6 month period of the calendar year. Performance Bonus will be paid approximately four weeks after the end of each 6 month period. The rate will be based on the following semi-annualized schedule.

57,750-63,000 Miles = $.01/CENTS PER MILE
63,001-68,250 Miles = $.015/CENTS PER MILE
68,251 ------- = $.045/CENTS PER MILE
REFERRAL BONUS $2,000.00
A $2,000.00 referreal bonus will be paid to drivers for referring an experienced driver with one or more years experience. $250.00 paid after referred driver completes 1st assigned trip; $250.00 paid at 3 months; $500.00 paid at 6 months; $500.00 paid at 9 months; remaining $500.00 paid after referred driver completes 1 year of employment
