"Better Than Just A School"
The Wolding CDL program offers you the ability to not only complete a CDL license program, but also offers you the opportunity to begin working immediately after finishing your schooling.

Our CDL program is structured in such a way that you are allowed the time to learn the basic skill set necessary to make YOU successful as a driver. In addition, you may have the ability to continue your education as a professional driver. This allows you to:

• Access tuition reimbursement directly from the fleet
• Continue with Paid on-the-job training
• Make an average of $40,000 to $45,000 in first year wages

You Can Expect…

• Hands on training
• No more than three students to each road instructor
• Instructors with extensive over-the-road experience
• Train in the same type of equipment that the fleet uses
• Varied road courses for skill development
• State of Wisconsin approved CDL facility
• Class A license training available

How We Do It…

The Wolding program starts you out on our range area. This is a confined area with only you, your instructor and fellow students around. You move daily into more challenging driving scenarios. You progress from tractor only to pulling a trailer in the range area. From there you will move to highway and city driving. Your instructor is always beside you. Instructors guide your moves in all aspects of the training experience. You will receive immediate feedback on your skill development. Your instructor will discuss your progress with you individually and help set goals for the next day’s driving.
