What will an Experienced Driver see in pay and benefits?
H.O. Wolding, Inc. welcomes experienced drivers into our company. Experienced drivers will receive credit for years/miles driven towards pay and benefits schedule. We pay practical miles, which increase the pay, plus vacation pay is paid at a strong percentage of wages. Experienced drivers will also benefit from Great Home Time, which has been the norm here for quite a few years.
What can I expect as an Entry Level Driver at H.O. Wolding, Inc.?
H.O. Wolding, Inc has dedicated Driver Managers to assist you with your entry level driving careers. H.O. Wolding, Inc pays practical loaded and empty miles. This puts us in the top group of pay packages, providing you take home pay over other trucking companies. If you are at least 21 years of age or older with at least six months of driving experience and want to work with a company that will provide miles, home time, and professional support staff, please take the time to apply. Remember, H.O. Wolding, Inc prides itself in working with each driver individually to meet their home time needs.
What if I am a recent Class A CDL School Graduate? What can I expect?
If you are a recent graduate within the past 30 days, please make sure to fill out an application or give us a call. If you have been out of school for more that 30 days, we ask that you please call us. H.O. Wolding, Inc does offer a Blue Ribbon Tuition Program. You will also participate in our payroll program with practical miles paid on both loaded and empty mile.
